LeagueIQ collects only the information needed to run the product, support your account, and improve the app.

What we collect
We may collect your email address, LeagueIQ account details, selected league context, usage analytics, support messages, and billing-related identifiers such as Stripe customer or subscription IDs.
How we use it
We use this information to sign you in, show your leagues and team context, improve analysis quality, troubleshoot bad outputs, understand product usage, and manage billing access.
Third-party services
LeagueIQ uses service providers including Supabase for account and application data, Stripe for subscription billing, Google Analytics for site measurement, AI model providers for requested analysis, and Sleeper as a read-only fantasy league data source. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.
Payments
LeagueIQ does not store raw card numbers or full payment details. Stripe handles payment collection and payment method storage on Stripe-hosted pages.
Assistant feedback
If you use Assistant GM feedback reporting, LeagueIQ may store the prompt, answer, and your comment so reported issues can be reviewed and fixed later. Assistant feedback is limited to signed-in users and is normally deleted after 180 days.
Data retention
We retain account, billing, league context, and support data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal or accounting obligations, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes. Retention periods vary by data type and provider.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Contact us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised.
Your choices
You may request help accessing, correcting, or deleting account-related information by contacting us. Some records may be retained when required for billing, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate operational needs.
Children
LeagueIQ is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
